I started a small group class at E5Fit a month ago, after decades of no regular exercise.  The trainers there are supportive, warm, and extremely knowledgeable. My primary care doctor for several years recommended that I begin strength training - in addition to walking and yoga. I could not find a way to get started. I love an actual workout class vs me doing it at home and I saw the E5fit sign leaving yonder yoga. I started the first week of April this year and have gone every week since then. I can feel a difference in my body and especially in my arm strength. I told myself to give it a couple of months before I added more days- I added more days this week. Darrin and all the trainers want you to succeed and want you to push yourself. But not in a way that is hurtful to you or your progress. I love E5FIT. I've been  helped so much. Katy is the best!!! She has made me so much stronger as I continue to get my core back...had a great check with my doctor. All labs were normal. I feel better than I have in years!

E5FIT has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Originally, I joined because I wanted to get stronger, more toned, and healthier overall, but it quickly became so much more than just a gym. The workouts are incredible — challenging, effective, and always motivating — but what really sets E5FIT apart is the people and the atmosphere. From the trainers to the members, everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely supportive. It never feels intimidating, and there’s such an amazing sense of community and family that is hard to find anywhere else. The trainers truly care and take the time to help, encourage, and push you in the best way possible. I’ve not only seen physical results, but I’ve also gained friendships, and it’s something I genuinely looked forward to each week. What do you do when your doctor advises adding strength training and you hate exercising and gyms? Sign up for small group training at E5Fit! I started the process before I could talk myself out of it, went to a trial class, and have beeng going ever since. It's the perfect combination of trainers who care, other members who support and encourage, and an environment that welcomes everyone from former college athletes (not me) to people wanting to be healthy even though they don't love exercising (me!) I’ve been going to private training sessions with Eric at E5Fit for over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough. They offer small group sessions as well as 1 on 1. I like the accountability and personalization of 1 on 1 sessions, but everyone seems so happy in the group sessions as well.
