Dan Horras
Dan
Owner at E5FIT
I’m Dan Horras, proud owner of E5FIT and a fitness coach with 29 years of experience helping people over 40 build strength, improve mobility, and stay pain-free—without brutal workouts that wreck your joints. I wasn’t always fit. After losing my dad at five, I turned to food for comfort and struggled with my weight. By middle school, I was tired of being picked on—then I discovered
weightlifting. That changed everything and I’ve spent nearly three decades helping others experience the same transformation.
At E5FIT, we specialize in science-backed, joint-friendly strength training designed for real people with real bodies—because staying fit over 40 isn’t about extreme workouts, it’s about smart training that keeps you strong for life. I’m certified by the Superslow Guild and stay up to date through reading and continuing education, ensuring my clients get expert, results-driven coaching.
Outside the gym, I’ve been married to my wife, Linda, for 26 years, and we have two incredible daughters who keep life exciting.

Eric Hart
Eric
Manager & Coach
I’m Eric, a strength coach with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Michigan State University. I’ve spent over 12 years helping people—from first-timers to seasoned athletes—get stronger, move better, and stay injury-free.
I hold certifications in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS), Kettlebell Training, and Functional Movement Screening (FMS), which means I prioritize smart, efficient movement, injury prevention, and building strength that lasts—not just lifting for the sake of it. I’m also Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, helping clients build sustainable eating habits that support real health and long-term performance (because let’s be honest—abs are made in the kitchen).
Wherever you’re starting, my job is to help you move, feel, and perform at your best—without the guesswork.
Let’s get stronger, smarter, and injury-free together!
Katy Znosko
Katy
Coach
Hey, I’m Katy, a certified personal trainer with a college degree in Exercise Science and a specialization in functional aging—which is just a fancy way of saying I help adults stay strong, and mobile well into their golden years. With a background in kinesiology and movement science, I create fitness programs that boost balance, build strength, and keep you moving like a pro—so you can tackle life’s adventures without pulling a hamstring tying your shoes. Whether you want to play with your grandkids, crush it on the pickleball court, or just get out of a chair without making that weird groaning sound, I’ve got you covered.
When I’m not coaching clients, I’m usually getting schooled on the playground by my 5-year-old workout buddy. (Yes, he’s faster. No, I’m not bitter.) My philosophy? Fitness should be fun and functional, whether you’re lifting weights or racing a kindergartener to the slide.

Trinity Pendleton
Trinity
Coach
I’m Trinity, I hold a degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. I grew up in a family of athletes—but while my siblings were out chasing balls and scoring goals, I was busy dancing my heart out. Ballet, tap, jazz—you name it. Dance was my sport, and it kept me moving from childhood all the way through college.
Once I hit college, I traded in my ballet slippers for gym shoes. At first, I was a cardio queen, thinking that was the key to fitness. (Spoiler: It’s not.) The more I learned, the more I realized how game-changing strength training is for overall health, mobility, and confidence. Now, I’m on a mission to help my clients get stronger, feel better, and move through life with ease—without being scared of a little iron.
My biggest piece of advice? Don’t be afraid to grab a weight and go for it! Strength training isn’t just for bodybuilders—it’s for anyone who wants to feel strong, capable, and confident (plus, it makes carrying all the grocery bags in one trip way easier).
