Meet the Team

Dan Horras

Owner & Personal Trainer
Functional Aging Specialist

"Whether it’s working out on my own or training my clients, my approach is that we work out to live, not live to workout.

I have trained over 60,000 sessions for over 400 clients. Most of my clients have been with me for 10 years or more - some as long as 20 years.

My goal for my clients is that they feel good in their bodies, allowing them to enjoy all the things in life that really matter.

I will tailor a strength training plan, based on a proven and safe approach called Super Slow, to meet your unique needs and goals. It doesn’t matter your age or current level of fitness - we’ll start wherever you are and gradually help you get stronger in a manner that feels natural to you. " Read Dan's Story Here
